Because it is beautiful and located in a quiet area.
Nagybörzsönyis a tiny remote village, located on the western slopes of Börzsöny mountains, in the valley of the Börzsöny stream. The village has a relaxing and untouched atmosphere with an impressing St. Stephen Church from the 13thcentury, with a working water-mill and with a little cheese house, not even talking about endless peace of the forest.
Travelling with Narrow Gauge Railway Train for nature lovers and with small children is a must.
Local products: homemade cheese, marmalade, syrup, smoked meats and oven-baked flatbread.
BörzsönySzíveguesthouse is built from thick stones and cob (clay mixed with straw)especially has the benefit of this structure in summer when it keeps the house cool so don`t need air conditioning but also has a stunning log burn stove covered in glazed tiles which can heat up the house even in the coldest winter.
We tried to equip our guesthouse in a way that you find a comfort of your home. In the kitchen there are electrical stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cooking-, baking- and tableware.
The bathroom is spacious, if required washing machine is available.
We were also thinking of the little ones and equip our guesthouse with crib, highchair, baby bathtub and playground in the garden.
With a double bed and two sofa beds the house is suitable for up to 6 adults.
We welcome our guests with one cheese plate and a bottle of wine.
In case of spending at least three night at us we give a ceramics as a gift. The more you relax the more valuable gift you get.
